Shipping Policy
We ship free to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. The first release does not accept PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territory addresses.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. China-direct delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Duties and customs clearance are planned through a DDP service so customers are not asked to pay on delivery.
A package may enter lost-package review 30 days after dispatch. Once confirmed lost, the customer may choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Quality Issue & Refund Policy
The first-release policy covers verified quality issues only and does not offer change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 14 days after tracking shows delivery.
Provide the order number, checkout email, a description, and clear photos or a short video. After approval, choose one free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. Refund arrival is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the future payment provider and bank.
Safety Information
The first collection is intended for teens and adults ages 14+. It excludes magnetic products, loose balls, detachable small parts, liquid fillings, and unverified products.
Do not chew or ingest. Inspect before use and discontinue immediately if torn or damaged. Each commercial listing must use actual product photos and reviewed material and safety documents.

Production will collect only information necessary for checkout, delivery, support, fraud prevention, and legal records. Complete card numbers and security codes will never be stored by this website.
